Place your order directly online or by mail.
We are currently revising our entire order process. You
can continue to use the order form here when shopping by mail, but we have
eliminated the submission button because too many orders were lost in
cyberspace. Our new system should be up and running by early next week; in the
meantime, feel free to call us with your order.
You can now purchase some of our items via our Paypal
shopping cart, and soon all items will be available in this manner. It is fast,
easy, and secure. Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your
purchase, and will include insurance in many cases. Foreign shipments might cost
a bit more for shipping, and we will contact you with the additional charges or
issue a refund.
All items in this web site are subject to prior sale. Prices are NET to all,
and payment should accompany your order. New York residents must include your
local sales tax or a resale certificate. All items should be as described; any
not meeting your expectations may be returned within seven (7) days of being
received.
Orders can be placed online immediately, or you can send your order or
payment by mail (A phone call or e-mail, however, will always
reserve your items until your payment arrives.) If you choose you can also
print out the blank order form, fill it out, then mail it to us.
You can always order by calling us directly at 518/393-8069. We will be there
to take your order during our regular hours (Monday-Saturday 11-5, Thursday
11-9), other times by chance, or you can leave your information on our answering
machine.
