Ten Broeck, Abraham(1734-1810). Businessman, Mayor of Albany 1779-1783 and 1796-1798, married the daughter of patroon Van Rensselaer; served in the provincial Assembly, and in 1775 became a colonel in the Albany County Militia, eventually rising to the rank of Brigadier General.
