Handy, Levin Irving (1861-1922). American educator, lawyer, and politician; served as a U.S. Representative from Delaware. Served as a teacher and administrator in education, and in 1890 became principal of the Old Newark Academy in Newark, DE. A nice signature on a 4.5” x 3.5” card. Near fine.
